12 Week Body Plan 2.0

Here I am sitting at home, my actual home in Munich, trying to get back into some kind of routine and getting used to seeing everything in German again.
I have to admit I've really missed Munich. It's just so much more chilled.

Anyways maybe you remember back in January I blogged about my experience with Danielle Peazer's 12 Week Body-Plan (click here if you have no clue what I'm talking about) and I mentioned in the beginning how I wanted to do it again but this time with a proper meal plan as I don't have to cook child friendly anymore.
And I kept my promise as I'll be starting again next Monday. I have already signed up for the GYM in my area again because I've missed the Bodyweight classes so much and will have my first one tomorrow. You don't even know how excited I am for this.

Guilt Free Biscuits

Who eats a whole pack of digestives in one sitting too? Because I certainly do all the time and feel pretty guilty afterwards. I swear once I've started I can't control myself anymore.
So naturally I went online to find a biscuit recipe that's easy and healthy. And guess what I found it. I've made them twice now changing the recipe a little and I thought today I'd share my version of the little biscuits.

Week 11 Recap

Hi there and welcome to week 12 but today I'm still talking about the last week. It wasn't actually that much mainly because I was the las week before Easter holidays started for my host child so obviously she came home earlier causing be to have less free time but I still managed to squeeze in all the workouts while finalising my UNI application.

Week 10 Recap

Well hello there. How are you on this gorgeous spring evening. I didn't actually get the chance to leave the house today because I was working on my portfolio for UNI, which by the way I finally managed to finish, however I did open all the windows and marvelled at the sunny weather outside.
Also anyone else feeling sad because they lost 1 hours of sleep but is also happy about longer evenings? I'm kinda torn between these two feelings haha.

It's the end of week 10 and I'm still confused about time. How do 10 weeks go by so quick? I started this plan in January and now it's already the end of March. Also I realised that the girls and boys who were in year 11 when I did my A-Levels are about to start theirs in like 3 weeks. The heck it's been a whole year already I feel like I'm loosing grip of time. Anyone else feeling the same way?

Week 9 Recap

Well hello there how are you all doing?
Week 9 was off to a good start with lots of motivation but ended with a horrible stomach ache. I put so much will power into getting through every week's workouts but this time I sadly failed.

Week 8 Recap

Lunging into week 9 and I'm shook. How is it already the last third of 12 weeks? Time really goes by quick if you spend it doing something you really love.
The same goes for the fact that I only have 3 1/2 months left in London. What have I even done in the past 7 months?? But I guess I'll just have to make the most of the remaining time taking in every minute.

Week 7 Recap

It's March which means it's kinda finally spring as well and I am so so happy about this.
Can you believe that I started the plan in January and now it's March already.
I feel like time is flying by faster and faster every year. Honestly though I blink and it feels like I just went straight from Monday to Friday.

Week 6 Recap

HALFWAY!!

Wow I can't believe it's halfway already but I'm so happy I'm still going strong and keeping up with the workouts and putting effort in keeping my diet healthy even though there are so many sweets I want to have because we don't have them in Germany (I'll probably buy a lot and sent them back home).

So let's talk about the week. I know I said last week that I want to get back into healthy eating and I think I did a pretty good job this week. I admit I did have some chocolates but simply because I still had some at home and as long as they are there I can't completely resist them but now that they're all gone I don't have the desire to eat them or even buy them.

Week 5 Recap

That's week 5 done and to be honest I didn't want to share it at first but I've been eating so bad this week.
Since it's currently half term I had the whole week off from work and this influenced my food choices immensely.
I did a lot of exploring and rather opted for those ready made sandwiches you get at Pret or Starbucks since I'm really trying to not spend too much and then because I went to Brighton I ate at Pizza Express and bought lots of chocolates, which I usually only have on weekends and only a little bit, but I literally had a whole bag of chocolate covered nuts, a pack of dark chocolate digestives and some other bits and now I feel so bad because I can see how I gained weight again.

Week 4 Recap

How is week 4 already over?! It's one third of the way but it feels like nothing. Also it was another 4 workouts this week and now I'm really glad week 5 has some new workout routines because by now, I have to admit, I was kinda bored by the exercises. I really had to push myself to complete every day and not just give up because I wasn't feeling challenged enough.

Week 3 Recap

It's the end of week 3 and my am I sore. This week consisted of not 3 but 4 workouts and, yes I know, it does not sound like much of a difference but it sure is. These extra 30-40 minutes challenged me quite a lot but I stayed strong and pulled through.

Week 2 Recap

Hiya how are you doing today?

I know I'm late with uploading, as usual, but I'm genuinely trying to better.
Anyway this is the weekly update on the body plan. If you don't know what I'm talking about check out last weeks post here.

Raise your hand if one of your new years resolutions is getting fit.
Well mine certainly is and I decided to talk about my process on here. Now since I don't have enough time to go to the gym I decided to follow a 12 week plan.
Obviously there are lots of fitness instructors out there and some of have their own plans so choosing one wasn't easy but I made a decision after all.
